Getting involved

Co-production is one of East Riding's top priorities. We are dedicated to working together with young people and their families to develop services and processes that meet their needs. This means involving everyone at the start of a project or piece of work so views can be considered and incorporated at the earliest stage and not simply to approve completed work.

For more information on co-production and to see our co-production charter in detail, please visit our co-production page.

How Can I Get Involved?

There are a wide range of opportunities for children, young people, parents and carers to get involved with to make their voice heard. Options include youth voice groups, parent forums, working groups and surveys.

Local Offer Working Group

The Local Offer Working Group is an ongoing engagement group that bring together parent/carers, professionals and young people to develop the Local Offer. The group meets remotely once a month to discuss developments and improvements to the Local Offer Website.

Find more information on these groups, minutes from previous meetings and how to join on our SEND Development and Improvement Plan page
