If you want to make a compliment/complaint about a particular service, please contact the organisation that runs the service in the first instance as they are best placed to resolve any issues quickly.

Other further education/training providers

To make a compliment/complaint about further education colleges or apprenticeships please contact the organisation and follow their internal processes. This may be speaking to a tutor, line manager or human resources team. They may be able to resolve the problem informally and more quickly.

The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) offers confidential advice, support and information on health-related matters. Voluntary organisation

To make a compliment/complaint about a voluntary organisation, please discuss this with the group leader/organiser. If you are not satisfied with the outcome and if the group is registered with charity commission you could make contact with them.
