This card is for anyone over the age of 18 years old living in the same home as the child/young person registered for the Local Offer service. It allows the holder to 50% discount on some Leisure Centre activities in all East Riding of Yorkshire Leisure Centres. Activities include swimming, pay as you go gym sessions, exercise classes run by East Riding of Yorkshire Council.

Please note: this benefit excludes discount from East Riding Leisure & Sport Centres membership.

Your details will be forwarded to the Leisure Services: they will process the card(s) for you and they will email you asking you to collect the card(s) from your nearest East Riding of Yorkshire Leisure Centre.

To get one of these cards please email the following information to: FISH@eastriding.gov.uk:

• Your name
• Your date of birth
• The name(s) of eligible adults
• Their date of birth
• Your address
• Your telephone number
• Your email address
• The names of your children registered on the Local Offer service
• The date of birth of the youngest child registered on the Local Offer service.

The expiry date of the cards will be the youngest registered child's 25th birthday.
