This SEND e-learning is designed to support practitioners who work with children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities and their families in East Riding of Yorkshire. The content includes an overview of the SEND reforms, Person Centred Thinking, Funding, Graduated Response, EHC plans, Outcomes, Preparing for Adulthood, Information Advice and Guidance, Local Offer, Personal Budgets and Disagreement Resolution.

This Special Educational Needs and Disability ( SEND) guidance is for all education settings with children and young people aged 0-25 with SEND in their settings. The guidance covers information on the graduated response and Education, Health and Care planning and includes relevant documentation.
