Autism Assessment Service - East Yorkshire Autism Team

Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust are commissioned to provide an Autism Assessment service for children and young people aged 3-18 years registered with an East Riding of Yorkshire GP.

EYCAT are a multidisciplinary team of enthusiastic healthcare professionals.

Completed referrals will be accepted from the following professionals only:

• Speech & Language Therapy
• Educational Psychology
• Portage
• Paediatricians

A copy of the referral form can be requested by contacting the team, please help the team by ensuring that all fields are completed.

Please note: direct referrals from parents, GPs and schools can not be accepted.
